How daily routine of a defence aspirant must be..

If you have a little knowledge about the defence forces then you might might be knowing how disciplined life a soldier lives. And if you are preparing for prestigious academies like NDA, IMA and OTA  then you have to schedule your day properly. Without a proper timetable for your academics and physical activities you cannot achieve your goal to become an officer in the prestigious Indian Army or Navy and Air Force.
So today I'll share my views on - how daily routine of a defence aspirant must be.

1. WAKE UP EARLY.
Army is not a place where you'll get to have a good sleep. You must be awake till 4:30-5:00 am. In defence you have to report to your seniors on time. Many times in the SSB Interview the IO asks you about your daily routine, and saying that you get up late in the morning will have a bad impression on the officer. So make a habit of getting up early.

2. MAKE A TIME TABLE.
Being a defence aspirant you must have a plan about what are you going to do today. Making a time table will help you be focused on what is your today's plan. Doing so will be helpful for you to complete your syllabus. It will help you to be focused on a particular thing.

3. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
Many boys and girls  don't make it to go in the defence or defence academies because they waste their time on social media and other things. If you waste your time now you'll have to suffer afterwards by not achieving your goal. Do not be on social media whole day. Make a proper short time for using social media. But remember don't use mobile or phones when you get up or before going to bed, it may affect your vision.

4. MAKE GOOD HABITS.
Due to the pandemic we all are advised to be at our home and work from home. You cannot build up outdoor habits like swimming, cycling, running, climbing. So here I'll suggest you some indoor habits that you can imbibe in yourself. You can build habits like writing, singing, dancing and many more.

5. TAKE YOUR MEALS ON TIME.
Health is wealth, a well said proverb. Your food defines who you are. You should eat healthy and eat on proper time. Good food will give you energy to perform good in your day-to-day life. Skipping a meal will affect you and your daily routine. So be particular about what you eat.

6. EXERCISE DAILY.
Exercising will keep you healthy and your mind fresh. In defence your physical and mental health are equally important. You must have a good speed and stamina. You must do calisthenics to keep your muscles strong and your mind focused.
